How do I book my cleaning service?

What is a Deep Clean or Spring Clean?
A Deep Clean is for first-time customers, or customers who haven’t had their home, office professionally cleaned in the last three months. There are extra cleaning solutions required to achieve a standard for normal maintenance cleaning.
Do I have to be present for a cleaning?
No, prior arrangement can be created to give you free time. Keys can be left for homes and offices, security codes will be absolutely honoured with great responsibility. Cleaning For You is here to work for you and with you.
How long will it take to clean my house/office?
This is a difficult question; it all depends on the condition of your premises. It is a question that we can discuss when you contact us with your requirements.
Years of experience will allow us to give you a good guideline.
Are your cleaners pet-friendly?
Definitely! Our experience indicates that it usually more beneficial for the pet to not be present during cleaning. Some pets stress when vacuum cleaning, mopping, and dusting is being performed and it is better for the pet not to be present.
Do you use eco-friendly or nature cleaning products?
We use cleaning products that are suited for the cleaning job. For the safety of our cleaners and clients we try to limit the chemicals to a bio-degradable non-toxic standard.
We also use enviro friendly, people friendly, pet friendly nature cleaning products if the customer has special requirements.
What services don’t you offer?
Being professional cleaners we do most cleaning jobs but there are some we do not do (forensics) and extra cleaning services may occur an additional charge. Please discuss your needs with us and if we can do the job we will do the job.
Do you do insurance cleaning work?
Yes we do, normally the insurance company requires a quote first and we are happy to provide a quote for the cleaning job. To obtain a quote for invoicing purposes please contact us on 0434 370 650 and we will quickly assist you to get things clean and tidy again.
Payment Information
We accept EFT(electronically funds transfer, internet banking) and cash. Payment terms will be discussed at time of booking. Depending on the type of customer you are, there are different protocols in place. For example if you are a child care centre you may request a monthly payment structure.
